    3. Providing data for the preparation and conclusion of the contract,

  1. The scope of personal data processed has been limited to the minimum necessary to provide services in the field:

  1. Personal data are processed for the period necessary to fulfill the purpose for which they were collected, i.e.:
    1. For the duration of the concluded contract,
    2. for the period necessary to document the contract or service performed, including the issuance of a bill or invoice – the data is kept for 5 years, counting from the end of the calendar year in which the deadline for payment of tax expired,
    3. for the period of time necessary to respond to an inquiry made via the contact form or by telephone,
    4. Until the consent is revoked, if the processing is based on the consent of the data subject.
  • 7 Recipients of data
  1. The User’s personal data may be entrusted to other entities for the purpose of performing services on behalf of the data controller, in particular to entities in the field of:
    1. website hosting,
    2. Servicing and maintaining the IT systems in which the data is processed, including for newsletter automation, invoicing, order processing, etc.

The right to control the processing of data and to be informed about who is the data controller, as well as to obtain information about the purpose, scope and manner of data processing, the content of the data, the source of the data, and the manner of sharing, including the recipients or categories of recipients of the data,
    7. The right to withdraw consent at any time if the basis for processing was the consent of the data subject. Revocation of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on its basis, before its revocation,
    8. The right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (PUODO), if a person believes that the processing of his or her data is incompatible with current legislation in this regard.
